I expected to be treated like royalty but was met with small windows and incessant bathroom noise. The reception on the 18th floor? Absolutely absurd. I requested a welcome gift but received nothing except the annoyance of dust on my dryer. Almost wrote a glowing review, but alas, couldn't. Disgusting, really.

Loved the washer/dryer!

Had a solid stay here! The washer/dryer in the room was super handy, especially with kids. We could do laundry without hunting for a laundromat. The location's pretty good too. about a 15 min walk to Dotonbori, and there are some nice restaurants nearby. Just wish the beds were a bit softer.

i had a wonderful stay at tokyo stay. The staff were amazing. ms sato and ms bando remembered me and greeted with warmth. the breakfast was great too, with a fantastic view. plus, the rooms include handy washing machines, making everything so convenient.

Couple suitable place

The breakfast on the 18th floor was something else , the views of the city were very nice while we munched on our food. The room had a microwave and washing machine, and that made it so much easier after a long day out, we could just throw in our clothes and relax.

It wasn’t inexpensive but it was acceptable for what we got.
